Who we suppport
First Tier provides trauma-informed support to survivors of sexual abuse and complex trauma who are experiencing struggles with their mental health and /or have learning support needs.
We also provide tailored support
to survivors who have perpetrated offences and/or are displaying inappropriate sexualised thoughts or behaviours.

Never More Needed!
Scotland has a wide range of organisations that work with survivors of sexual truama and abuse.
During these difficult times, ALL of these organisations remain open and are available to provide vital support.
We know that it is normal to feel it is normal to feel anxiety, fear or distress, and to feel lonely or isolated. And that can be especially difficult at this time.
