Working with you - to build the best you

Our team fully understands the challenges that our clients face in the wider community. So we work on an individual basis to develop their social skills in different social settings.
Our Services
One-to-one personalised support
Our commitment is to working with all our clients on a one-to-one basis.
This helps clients to make sense of their own experiences of childhood trauma, and to understand the appropriate boundaries of acceptable behaviour.
We also support clients with their learning needs, or any struggles they may be experiencing with their mental health.
Through our work, we have learned that the model of care varies for each person accessing the service, depending on their own needs.
We therefore provide a holistic, trauma-informed approach, delivered by a staff team who fully understand the challenges survivors face in the wider community.
Our experience has taught us that once a survivor has been empowered with the positive coping skills that they have developed through the one-to-one support they receive from First Tier, they are better able to begin to build healthy relationships
